- RFID Mandate Support for Food Freshness: Helped Chipotle suppliers meet RFID mandates for product freshness through labeling/encoding and integrated data visibility via MOJIX.
- Meal Delivery Automation & Visibility: Partnered with a leading meal delivery service to automate labeling and provide real-time dashboard visibility for weekly runs.
RAPID LABELING: Precision Meets Speed
From weigh-price labeling to custom integrations, RAPID LABELING delivered big wins where accuracy, traceability, and throughput matter.
- Trading Card Production & Tracking: Large-scale solution integrated with BarTender for accurate printing and tracking.
- Weigh-Price Labeling Deployments: Delivered three new systems (My Weigh) with our partner CodePack.
- Integrated RFID Read/Sort/Label Workflows: Unique TransCore RFID solution for serialized boxes and pallets, printing via Squid Ink.
Expanding Our Services
Beyond core products, we continued to innovate and support long-term customers with systems that improve traceability, scheduling, and execution.
- Added two USAF bases to our drink tracking solution.
- Delivered a SaaS Warehouse Management System for a 23-year 3PL partner.
- Built a web-based manufacturing and inventory system for a steel producer, enabling full traceability and scheduling.
Lowering Barriers with RFID Pilots
Vertical Systems introduced low-cost RFID pilot programs, including free mobile-only asset management options, to help businesses adopt RFID without significant upfront costs.
